1. Daily Dispatch Cutoff Time

  • Our Daily Dispatch Cutoff is 1:00 PM (13:00) GMT, Monday - Friday.

  • Orders placed and paid for before 1:00 PM will be processed and dispatched the same day.

  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be dispatched on the next working day.

  • We do not dispatch orders on weekends or Bank Holidays.

4. Important Information: Temperature and Transit

Cacao is sensitive to heat. To maintain the quality of your product, please note the following:

  • Warm Weather Risk: While we package our ceremonial cacao carefully, we cannot guarantee its shape or consistency if it is left in a hot place (like a sun-drenched porch or mailbox) after delivery.

  • Melting and Reshape: If your cacao arrives soft or slightly melted, this is not a fault and will not affect its quality or potency. Simply place the sealed bag in your refrigerator for an hour to allow it to firm up before opening.
