In this conversation, we speak with Giulia Vaccari, breathworker, craniosacral therapist, tutor at Body College, and part of the Alchemy of Breath team.
With a background in dance and movement, Giulia shares how her path gradually unfolded into practices centred around presence, relational healing, touch, breath, and deep listening. Together, we explore the subtle yet profound nature of craniosacral therapy, and how this work can support people in meeting different layers of themselves — from the physical and emotional body to ancestral, birth, pre-birth, collective, and transpersonal experiences.
We also speak about cacao as a heart opener, the intelligence of plants, intuitive herbalism, conscious dance spaces, and the importance of creating environments where people can slow down and reconnect in a world moving at increasing speed.
Throughout the conversation, we reflect on the power of intentional spaces, embodied awareness, and the practices that help us return to relationship with ourselves, one another, and the living world. We also explore how the very act of slowing down and engaging with healing can itself be radical — not only transforming our inner lives, but rippling outward into our relationships, communities, and the wider field around us.
